AlSi12 can be used to make laser/electron-beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), as well as powder metallurgy and spray coating.
Particle sizes: 0-45mm, 0-53mm, 15-40mm, 15-20-53mm, 10-15-53mm, 30-45mm, 40-105mm.
Use: 3D printing.
About 3D Printing Metal Materials: AlSi12 Pulp
3D Printer Metal powder has excellent powder properties. It is characterized by a smooth surface and fewer satellite balls.

Processes:Custom 3D printing powder can be used for additive manufacturing, laser/electron beam (SLM/EBM), and powder metallurgy.

3D Printer Metal Powder price is applicable to all types of 3D printers. This includes Renishaw in UK, EOSINT in Germany, Concept Laser and 3D systems within the United States. Laser melting equipment can also be used by domestic research institutes. Design and development of select laser melting equipment like Huaying Hi Tech, Platinum, etc.

Use of powder: Aluminium-based metal powder is used extensively in automotive and aerospace parts. It can also be used to profile surface spraying or powder metallurgy.

Product specifications: 0-45 μm, 0-53 μm, 15-45 μm, 15-53 μm, 45-105 μm. (All kinds of granular metal powder can be customized according to customer requirements)

Store Condition for AlSi12 Pulver:

AlSi12 Pulverization performance and effectiveness will be affected by Damp Reunion. AlSi12 Puffer should therefore be vacuum packed and kept dry. AlSi12 Powder must be kept away from stress.

Packing & Shipping AlSi12 –

The AlSi12 powder quantity will determine the type of packing.

AlSi12 powder packing:vacuum packaging, 100g to 500g or 1 kg/bag for 25kg/barrel. Or as you request.

Shipping HTML12 AlSi12 powder: a shipment can be made by sea or air.
