Transmission electron microscope observations indicate that the thicknesses of continuous thin layers of vanadium siliicide are 80nm.
2. Vanadium Silicide is an sound-absorbing ceramic substance. In order to create a sound absorbing ceramic material, the surface layer of substrate is covered with a sound-absorbing overlay layer. The coating provides optimum dust- and fire resistance. These materials have a longer service life, and perform better.
