Poloxamer CAS 9003-11-6

Poloxamer (also known as Pluronic) is a class of new non-ionic polymeric surfactants.

As an excipient for pharmaceuticals, you can also use Poloxamer. These basic structures can lead to a wide variety of compounds. The NF standards specify that the molecular weights of these compounds range from 1000 up to over 7000. The appropriate amount of polyoxypropylene is combined with sufficient amounts of Polyoxyethylene to create compounds of different oleophilic, water equilibrium and oleophilic values.

The emulsifiers are stabilizers. Poloxamer188, also known as Pluronic F68, is used to make intravenous emulsions. A solvent is a product that increases the solubility and surface stability of drugs. It does this by forming micelles from surfactants like diazepam or diazepam. Two Pluronic classes can dissolve salicylic acids, Pluronic N65 and Pluronic P68. You can dissolve salicylic acid in Pluronic L65 at 1.3mol per mole and Pluronic F68 at 0.93mol per mole. You can demonstrate the stability of salicylic acid solubility in Pluronic using different concentrations.
The solubility of pluronic salicylic acid per minute (mg/ml10000) F68’s solubility is gradually increasing with an increase in the active agent. L65 has rapid solubility, then it drops slowly.
