FMEE Fatty Methyl Ester Ethoxylates CAS 65218-33-7

Posted on 2022-12-06 By admin

FMEE Fatty Methyl Ester Ethoxylates (ethoxylated additive product of fatty acids methyl ester) is an ethoxylated version. It is extremely effective at cleaning low temperatures (below sixty degrees).
Active matter content (%): 82-82, and 98
About FMEE Fatty Metal Ester Ethoxylates
There are two types: P816 and 24-09. There are 2 types of P816 and 2409.
15giorni Fatty Methyl Ester Ethoxylates are trusted worldwide.

Product performance FMEE Fatty Metyl Ester Etoxylates

FMEE Fatty Methyl Ester Ethoxylates have Ester within the molecular structure. It is very similar to oil or wax, as per the principle of similar phase disolution. Oil, mineral oil, paraffin wax, and oil all have high dissolution and removal abilities. It has a cloud point between 98 to 103 so that it is suitable for high-temperature processes. It can pour at temperatures between -5 and -10°C, and it still maintains fluidity below -5°C. This is clearly superior to the AEO and TX Series. FMEE nears zero can make it opaque, cloudy and ill-flavoured. But it retains its fluidity. FMEE Fatty Ester Ethoxylates performed significantly better than AEO-9/AEO-7 infiltration. As the test solution, 5g/L was used. The settling time for standard canvas was also taken into account to determine the infiltration performance.

Production FMEE Fatty Metyl Ester Ethoxylates

FMEE Fatty Methyl Ester Ethoxylates can be produced in three ways.
First, a fatty is ethoxylated with fatty oil to make fatty polyoxyethylene ether. Then it is esterified by methanol. Second, methanol is used to produce methyl glycol polyether. This then proceeds to esterify the fatty acid. Two steps are required to produce the above product. It also costs a high amount of money and has lots of waste products, such as polyethylene glycol or diesters. Third is direct addition of the fatty acid, methyl ester to ethylene oxide. It is a quick process and costs little. The main FMEE-producing companies, Sihe Petroleum or Malepine Petroleum currently use this route.

Application FMEE Fatty Metyl Ester Ethoxylates
FMEE Fatty Methyl Ester Ethoxylates may be used to flood secondary oil fields. There are many options for flotation beneficiation in mining. FMEE can remove and clean metal. The flotation, oil, and wax removal can all be used in paper-making as well as textile printing. This can be used for everyday cleaning or washing household items.
